You can check the status of your MyElkhart311 request at any time through the MyElkhart311 app or online portal by logging into your account and viewing your submitted requests. You may also follow up by replying to any updates within the request itself.
If you need additional assistance, you can contact 311 Monday through Friday during normal business hours, and a representative will be happy to help review your submission status.
What should I do if I can't reach a City department or have a non-emergency concern?
